These sessions are for those who feel ready to explore the deeper layers beneath stress, anxiety, patterns, or life transitions.

Rooted in Root Cause Therapy and Parts Work (Internal Family Systems-informed), this is a collaborative process that helps you gently uncover and understand the underlying beliefs, emotional imprints, and protective patterns shaping your experience.

Rather than analysing from the mind alone, we work with what is present in the body.

Your sensations, emotions, and inner responses become the guide.

Through guided inquiry and somatic awareness, we explore:

  • The protective parts of you that hold fear, control, or self-doubt

  • The younger parts that may still carry emotional pain or unmet needs

  • The core beliefs formed during earlier life experiences

  • The body sensations connected to stored emotional memory

What to Expect

  • Sessions last 45–60 minutes

  • There may be periods of talking and periods of quiet reflection

  • We work slowly and at the pace your nervous system can tolerate

You will be supported to:

  • Track sensations in the body

  • Stay connected to the present moment

  • Build capacity to sit with emotion safely

  • Develop a compassionate relationship with your inner parts
